For bulk order, the customer advises on their preferred courier. For other orders, we use G4S courier services.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. Normally, it takes one to two working days for a bulk order to be delivered after the order is processed.

Once your order is dispatched from our office, you will receive a message from our team with details about your delivery such as the tracking number or rider phone number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the courier’s website or by contacting us for assistance.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by damaged books. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that if you requested for a particular courier for delivery outside our selected and recommended courier list, you are liable to resolve the issue.
