• Books can be returned for replacement purposes only.
• Returns must be initiated no more than 14 days from the date of your last invoice related to the particular title being returned.

 

Condition of Returned Books

• Books must be in good condition, free from damage, and with no signs of wear.
• Returns are accepted for valid reasons, such as missing pages or printing errors.

 

Exclusions

• We do not accept returns for books damaged in transit or due to poor handling after delivery.
• Returns are not accepted for old edition books or old stock.

 

Reasons for Return

A valid reason, such as missing pages or printing errors, must be provided for each return.

 

Excess Stock

• Customers are advised to order books based on the demand in their area.
• We are not liable for excess stock ordered, and returns will not be accepted for this reason.

 

Annual Updates

• Our revision books are updated annually, typically at the beginning of the first academic term in the CBC curriculum.
• It is advisable to reduce stock orders towards the end of the year to ensure that you are not left with old edition stock.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Fill in this Returns Application Form, provide your invoice details and a clear explanation of the reason for return. In addition, include a picture of the damaged book.

Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for the return process if applicable.
