    K.C.S.E Made Familiar – BIOLOGY

    This Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) workbook is designed to help students familiarize themselves with K.C.S.E. Biology questions. The workbook covers past K.C.S.E. Biology questions that have been tested from 1995 to date. This workbook covers questions tested in Paper 1 and Paper 2 only. The questions have been arranged in topics and in the respective forms in which they are taught.The questions in this workbook are in their original form, that is, as they appeared in the K.C.S.E. paper. Beneath every question, the following have been clearly indicated:

    • Marks carried by the question,
    • Year tested,
    • Paper tested in, and 
    • Number in the paper.

    This information will help the students identify topics that are frequently tested and the various ways in which concepts in these topics are tested.

    Answers at the back of this workbook will allow for performance evaluation after every topic or question. The student should take a good note of the way the answers in this workbook have been given. Marking of Biology is keen on the key points, spellings, terminologies and technical terms used in the answers.
